C4-KCB problem

Need help
There is a problem
I have OS 2.9.1
Bought new C4-KCB panels
For some reason, OS can't identify them.
Tried on OS 3.1 the system detects C4-KCB, but I can't upgrade to OS 3.1 as not all the hardware in the house can support OS 3.1
