Crestron IP driver failed - need help

Hi,
Since my Composer 2.9.1 certification renewal, my Crestron CIP Processor driver (ExtraVeg_Crestron_IP.c4i) is not controlling my shades anymore through RMC3 controller.
It requires an RSD export file from Crestron D3-Pro program, which the dealer didn't leave me. Unable to find Crestron software anywhere (SIMPL or D3-Pro).
Any help welcome. Willing to pay for software, files or help.

Thanks, but not being a dealer, access to the software downloads are denied. I have extensively explored the Crestron website.
