Load project does not work 2.10.6 I get "New Project"

I had an issue with a driver so I decided to perform a quick refresh from the backup I took the day before. I ended up with New Project removed everything. I now tried to restore all 60 backups I have from 2012 and no luck end up with "New Project" with no errors.
ver: 2.10.6

anyone run into an issue like this before?

Solved, I reimaged controlled and loaded old project and it worked.
Now my issue is zigbee network is not starting.
