Unable to jailbreak composer 3.2.1, please help

Hi All,
trying to go from 3.1 to 3.2.1.
I got the correct Jailbreak tool from december 12th.
I get the following errors :
1) Online Service Error
2) Then when I attempt to connect to my director version 3.2.1.593279, I get Unable to connect to Director 192.168.x.x
I tried everything I could think of without success.
Any help would be much appreciated.

You are having issues with the certificates, you need to upload the certificates to the device and the application, after that you should be able to log in to the device. the online service error is supposed to be since they are doing a validation and we need to bypass that.
Delete the certificate files create new ones and put them in both places.
