Weird Problem - iPad Control4 App

Hello,
I am having a problem where my iPads will not connect completely. They see my account and controller but the Account Name, Licenses In Use and Remote Access fields just spin. I am running 2.10.6.561784-res. My iPhone is able to connect with no problems. I have factory reset my EA5 in order to get the new certs and implemented the ComposerPro hacks, but that did not resolve the problem. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the Control4 IOS app. Can anyone advise how to resolve this issue?
